underage dating

i am 17 my boyfriend is 19 i live in oklahoma can my parents legally put him in jail for dating me we was going to counseling at one time and i slapped him and he slapped me back my parents found out because the counselor told them can they legally press charges if it was my person counselor and none of ther business

You are a minor, and the counselor has reporting requirements. Sounds like a wonderful relationship where part of the communication is slapping. Dating is usually not the problem. Assault and sex are.
