Legal Question in Employment Law in Oklahoma
bonus pay
I receive a monthly bonus based on net store sales, a set percentage. Do I have the legal right to ask my employer to explain the figures used in his computation?

Re: bonus pay
Those figures should be based on the written agreement, which I am sure you received. Anything other than hourly pay rate should be spelled out in writing, with an opportunity to obtain verified sales reports on which they are based. Call or email for further assistance.
