employer changes in midstream
I work at a call center for car rental. Our performance is based on the number of bookings we make/compared to the number of calls received. bookings are line 1 and cancellations are line 2. I worked line 1. The company had us sign a paper saying if our bookings fell below a certain level we would be put on probation. I signed it. They then put us on line 2 where we can in no way make the goal. Is this legal?

Sounds like a breach of contract. I would have to review the written documents (memos, e-mails etc.) to advise you.
