Employer responsibilies in Garnishments

When an employer receives a garnishment notice from the plaintiff atty, and responds on the answer sheet attached, what is the first expected date to withhold the garnishment from the employee's check ?

Likely the first after it is served. This is on the Garnishee SUmmons and is governed by state law. Either review the Summons or contact your employer for what to expect.
