Legal Question in Employment Law in Oklahoma
If you are a full time employee and you are on Maternity Leave during Christmas and New Year's and these are typical paid holidays, is the company responsible to pay you for the two holidays even though you are not technically paid for maternity leave?

Yes. Particularly, because these are legal and nationally recognized holidays.
