Legal Question in Employment Law in Oklahoma

Ihave a lower back pain since 12-15-09 but i didnt tell nothing to the owner of the company because i thought that this happened because of lifting wheigts or some other exercise but then i notice that my other partener that work with me in the same machine he felt the same pain as me but less because he had less time working there but i alreadey have almost 7 years there printing shirts my work is to bend and twist and now they layd me off and i cannot get a job because my back hurts do you think i can claim a works compensensiaton please help me with a answer.

You can file one but there may be issues relating to the statutes of limitations for filing an accident report for injury. In the meantime, you may also pursue disability based on a doctors evaluation of your condition. ,
