Legal Question in Employment Law in Oklahoma
life insurance
thank you Mr Allison for answering my question.
i have other information which i didnt realize was needed.
there was no will, his son came to get his belongings and informed the police that i could take care of things and pick up his fathers ashes until the son got here to pick everything up. i even signed for personal belongings at the police station.
is that all i need is a copy of that report stating i could pick up belongings?

Re: life insurance
You can give that a try. That, along with a death certificate, may be enough to satisfy the medical records staff. If they still won't release the medical records you need to ask them to tell you specifically, in writing, what they need before the records may be released.
