Legal Question in Employment Law in Oklahoma

I have lost my wages and don't know how to get them.

My previous employer refuses to pay my wages. She is saying that I lied about my hours. I am a full time student and I worked there to help them. What do I need to do to get my wages back? I have never experienced this so I do not know what to do. Please help me.

This is the reason for time clocks. Document your hours with other records (work orders, invoices etc.) and get witnesses to your hours worked. Then make written demand for your wages through your attorrney, with a CC to the Attorney General.
