There is a principle in civil law of undue payment, wherein if a person receives something in excess of that which he is entitled there is a natural obligation for him to return what he received in excess of that which he is entitled.However, this natural obligation cannot be enforced in a court of law.This is only up to your conscience whether or not you will return the excess.
