Legal Question in Employment Law in Oklahoma
two week notice
I gave my 2 week notice and worked it. Is my employer legally responsible for paying me my earned vacation pay?

Re: two week notice
Oklahoma does not require any form of severence payment to an employee, but most companies have a policy of accruing vacation pay as you work through the year, and then paying it if you resign. If your employer has paid others or has a written policy to pay, then he/she should also be paying you, unless he/she can show some policy otherwise.
