work
yesterday i had a tire blow out in my delivery truck and ended up in the ditch.
even though the accident was not my fault they want to fire me..
Can they legally do this?

They may be able to do it. Oklahoma is an at-will state, meaning you can be terminated for any reason or for no reason at all; however, termination for a wrong reason won't fly. Examples of wrong reasons include race, religion, national origin, gender, etc., as well as possibly a breach of contract if the employer has policies and procedures that constitute a contract. I suggest you get a copy of any policy and procedure handbook you can find, ask them to document why you're being terminated, and take detailed notes of all events and actions.
