Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Oklahoma
no 30 day written notice in contract
My contract states that upon return of the keys and vacating property, lease is over. Now landlady says that I did't give her written notice. Verbal agreement was also made upon returning the keys. Now she is sueing me.
