Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Oklahoma
I'm trying to break a rental lease due to cockroach infestations and landlords inability to solve problem. Recently a pipe burst and I wasn't notified for 4 days while apartment maintenence crew frequently entered my home without my knowledge. What ground do I have to stand on?

Good grounds. Unhealthy living conditions and violations of privacy, or unauthorized possession with managment supervision are causes to break the lease; unless it is an emergency and they entered the premises to protect your interest and personal property. Either way, your complaints should be made in writing if you intend to break the lease agreement.
