Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Oklahoma

drive by eviction

a woman lives in a apt. She has an enemy who she recently got into a bar fight with.(one punch was thrown after enemy shoved woman) the enemy then drove by her apt and shot 5 bullets into the womans daughters room while woman was starting to lay down in the house.no one was hurt, but the apt is now evicting the woman that got her house shot because the woman knows who did the drive by and says they need to protect the other tenants. The woman did have the police out and they have not assigned the case yet. My quiestion is, is it legal,(looked in the landlord tenant act), for the apt. complex to evict this family????
