my land lord gave me a5 day notice because of two manet people we have 4 kids that stay with us and on weekends my husban 3oldest stays also be cause we have two dogs and two cats she was told this be for we moved in and . we did not sign a lease till after we moved in and on my lease it says 6 people

You can challenge a 5-day notice, if the landlord did not follow the correct procedure. Contact your local legal aid clinic, they will often have handouts, or try to find your state's legal aid hotline, where an attorney will be able to walk you through your specific options over the telephone.
