is it legal to sell a home without a sewer system we purchased the property on a lease for 15 yrs with option to pay off early we have paid for 7 years and were almost ready to close the deal then they decided to evict us we have paid 32,660 on a 36,000 house at 10% interest

You certainly have some kind of written agreement, which I would need to see to advise. Are you otherwise current on your monthly payments?
