Possible Eviction

I rented this apartment in April. The asst. manager told me to put it in my name since my son has a felony charge

We did this and everything was OK. A new manager has now

come in and is making accusations about my son and has

told me that he is now being evicted because they do not rent to felons. She has said that others tenants are

making complaints and do we have a right to know who they

are?

Re: Possible Eviction

Need to review your lease and any printed regulations or rules of the premises. If there are rules or lease provisions prohibiting tenants with felonies (including family members or residents) you may have a problem. Call or e-mail for assistance.
