Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Oklahoma

I let a person move in to my apartment. He has been there not a month. My landlord wants him to leave because he is making a lot of noise. He is saying that because I told him he could stay there that he can get the law involved and get me in trouble. He has given me some money to help with rent. What are his rights. And what are my rights. Also the apartment manager is not happy with me for having someone move in. I do not have a lease with the apartment what can the manager do to me?

if the LL does nothing, your roomie can't be kicked out without court proceedings. you have created an unauthorized sub-lease otherwise, so you could be evicted by court proceedings too.
