Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Oklahoma
I think my landlord is in breach of contract.in the contract i signed there was no interest and now the are trying to say there is a 10 p[ercent interest rate.this is on a house that i am on a rent to own basis
i have been paying on this house for almost four years and they are saying that i owe more money now then when i started paying they are also trying to charge me escrow which was not in the contract i signed i still have the original contract on this house please help me

The contract stands unless BOTH PARTIES agree otherwise and the interest rate is usury (too high).
