Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Oklahoma
landlord changed locks destroyed property
After forcible entry and detainer hearing, which i lost, landlord went straight to house and changed locks. While I was halfway finished removing property (same day)Landlord shut door and left. Next day, Antique furniture, photos, etc all in trash beside house. Judge had said writ would be issued, sheriff has never shown up. Did landlord have right to lock doors immediately?
