Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Oklahoma
My landlord is trying to charge me a late fee of $10/day is this legal? I have heard that in Oklahoma the landlord must charge a flat fee.

There is no requirement that a landlord charge a flat fee. Your lease will contain the terms of any late fees.
