Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Oklahoma
landlord owes money to tenant (me) for repairs and work done but is evicting me to get out of paying. He gave me a Notice to Vacate today.

This is an illegal eviction. Additionally, if you did not default or break the lease, do must not vacate under these circumstances. Make him /her take you to court and when he/she does provide this informaton and proof to the Judge. While you are at it....demand the return of your security deposit and do not leave the dwelling without taking pictures of these repairs to present to the judge as well.
