landlord lost our house in bancruptcy court. We have 6 months left on lease. What are my legal rights.

If this occured and possession of the property was transfered, you have no legal recourse. The only other option is a continued lease with the new owner or individual who had taken over the property, if they decide to honor the lease agreement on your behalf. As the current landlord no longer has rights or control over the property.
