Landlord/Tenant Dispute

I am the Landlord of House in Oklahoma,Tenant was half of money, for driveway, already paid $900.00 of a $1641.00 of a total. Tenant broke lease, do not want any money from them. Just want to know my legal rights I have. Now they are going to try and sue me.Please advise. I say I paid enough for the driveway. Please advise.
