Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Oklahoma

Legal or not?
I am currenlty bieng evicted from my rental property for non payment of rent. My landlord never made any kind of written agreement with me on my staying at the property in question. My sister lived there first and then when she moved, me and my boyfriend stayed behind with my mother. We(my landlord) discussed the fact that we would be saying behind. It was me who had the verbal agreement with him not my mother. He had my mom served with papers at her work. I would like to know if he can legally sue her for the unpaid rent? We offered the rent and he refused to take it. Then we were served. My cout date is for April 4 and I need some kind of legal help please!

FInd a legal aid attorney in your town. Call the Bar Association for a referral. YOU NEED REPRESENTATION IN COURT ASAP.
