how do i legally get him out
My ex-boyfriend lives with me in my home. I want him out immediately (within 7 days) but he refuses. He contributes towards expenses but there has been no written or oral agreement about ''rent'' being mandatory. What are my legal rights, I am unconfortable and vulnerable within my home.

If there are no legal connections to the home or lease or family, you have the legal right to remove him from the home.
