Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Oklahoma
i live in a mobile home park. I water, garbage and sewage are included in lot rent can they install water meters and charge us a usage amount on top of what we already pay?

If you and your landlord signed a written lease agreement, then neither party can change the agreement without the consent of the other. However, once the lease term ends, the landlord can impose changes. If you do not agree with the changes, you can terminate and move.
