Maintenance Not being Completed
About two weeks ago, my seal around my freezer tore. All the cold air is leaking out. I can't keep meat in it because it will not freeze. No one has came to my apartment to fix it or give me any updates since the day I reported it. I know that landlords have 14 days to fix a problem within the apartment. Is this problem serious enough to break my lease? We constantly have problems and it would just be easier to break our lease.

Notify LL by certified mail that if not repaired within 5 business days, you will have repaired and deduct from rent.
