Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Oklahoma
I am moving into an apartment in June and have a roommate i want to live with me. He will be 18 in June but i have to look for apartments now to be on the waiting list. Is there anyway he can move in with me in June?

Yes, but only if he is 18 or older. He will not be allowed to enter into a contract if he is under the age of 18 and we recommend that he be included on the lease.
