can my landlord sue me for a months rent after i've moved out without a written and signed rental agreement

No. Without a written lease or agreement, the rental is considered to be month-to-month. However, both parties are encouraged to give 30-days notice of intent to vacate the property. You didn't state whether or not you gave her notice so I must answer your question cautiously.
