Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Oklahoma

renter in jail, no rent being paid

We have a renter who is now 2 months past due. She did not pay her rent before she was arrested for drug possession, and is now in jail with her belongings on our property. She has been living there for several years, but owes us over 700 dollars, which she was suppose to be paying on each month. Some months she did, most she did not. She may be spending some time in jail. May we remove her belongings so we can clean out the house and rent it again?
