Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Oklahoma
My son is 17. He signed a lease for housing to live in a fraternity. They told him to have a parent sign, but we live out of state and told him to take it to his grandmother. She signed his mom's name to the lease. Now he wants out. Is the lease binding.

Not if the lease with signed by someone of than the actual person whose signatures appear on the lease agreement and particularly if this fraudulent signature was applied on behalf of someone under the age of 18.
