squater's rights

i have been living in a trailer for three going on four years. Paying rent and making the nesacery home improvements,and maintance of the property.Do i have squater's rights?

It would be difficiult to express final opinion unless detailed instructions are there as to whcih country you are there and which provisions of law are governed there
