tenant lease
was recently threatened by my neighbor, they broke into my apt. and said they would kill me, if i can get a restraining order, can we break our lease to get away from them w/o having to payu a huge fee?

Yes. Anything surrounding your health and safety is cause to break the lease, particularly if the owners or managers of the apartment has knowledge of this incident. However, I would advise you to file a police report or document this incident before taking this action. It can be used to justify your health and safety issues your excuse for breaking the lease, which is not looked upon favorably.
