Tenant paying damages
I live in yacht club apts in tulsa, okla - i had a break in and filed a police report it is on file at the local court house- it is burglary with forced entry - there was damages. Am i responsible to pay for these damages or not? apt has this on my credit.

No, particularly if a police report was filed on your behalf and the apartment owners did not take legal action making your responsible for damages.
