Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Oklahoma

Attorney fogery and pergury

Can an attorney who commits forgery in your name in order to obtain medical/phy records be sued. This attorney already knew I'd had a break down and suicide attempt because of things in my past. She ILLEGALLY obtained my records by forgery and read a portion of them during a court case. The judge stopped her after a short period of time. The judge would not allow her to read any more of my records because they did not pertain to what the case was about. During the recess, I along with my attorney reviewed the waiver form. I was not my signature. The judge could not make a ruling on if it was infact my signature, but ordered the files sealed. The attorney has had these files since April, my trial was on Feb 14th. I feel there is a very good chance she copied a file for my employer. She called me a liar when I denied that the signature was mine. She violated Fed and State statues. I wanted to cause me to breakdown in court. Please help Thank you--name removed--I

Re: Attorney fogery and pergury

Anyone who believes they have an ethical complaint against an attorney should immediately contact their local bar association, in this case the OK Bar Association. Personnel there will know exactly what to do about your complaint, and will advise you concerning the grievance process and how to proceed to have your complaint ruled upon.

Any OK District Court will refer you to the proper agency, also. Just ask the Clerk.
