Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Oklahoma

Professional Ethics & Adultery

My wife met a man who is in school to be a doctor. He lives in TX. The school has a strict ethics code which includes maintaining adherence to all federal and state laws. I called and confronted the man, and he knows my wife is a married woman. She recently went and stayed the weekend with him. I have phone records which shows 220 text messages over the course of 5 days between them. I would like to contact the school and discuss with them what their position is on this matter and if it is something they would be concerned about. This student will be a doctor soon and will be working hands-on with numerous female patients and maybe behave in a less than ethic manner with his patients. What should I do?

There or moral, professional and ethical considerations, particularly for this profession, but I recommend caution regarding my approach to the situation and I recommend that you review this policy or code of conduct to cite as a reference to substantiate or support your concerns rather than to focus on emotional or private issues.
