Reasonable Call back time from attorney

What is a reasonable amount of time in which your attorney should call you back regarding the status, if any, of a lawsuit being handled? I have attempted to call my attorney over the last several weeks and cannot get a call back except asking for money ( I am current on my legal bills). My life is at a standstill until my case is reviewed and I can't find out what is going on.

Send your attorney a letter requesting the current status of your case, and any upcoming events or deadlines. Explain that you must have an answer within 5 days. Include an extra copy of the letter, keep one yourself, and enclose an SASE. Send it certified, return receipt. If you do not receive a written reply by the deadline, contact the OK Bar Association. They will help you from there.
