Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Oklahoma
Threat to commit physical harm.
Are there legal ramifications regarding one employee threatening to do
physical harm to another employee in the presence of the Employer. And
nothing even being said to the person making the threat?

Re: Threat to commit physical harm.
That is an interesting question... The problem is going to be the employer is either going to lie and say they didn't hear anything or say that they thought it was all just a joke. Did the threating employee actual cause any harm to the other employee or was it just words? Certainly the employer has a duty to protect his/her employees while they are working. This sounds dangerous, please be careful.
