Class action lawsuit

If we were in a class action lawsuit that was ended with no results, can we file a lawsuit against the company ourselves. It was for pedical back screws. The company was sold.

No. If you opted into the class, you are bound by the result. Of course, depending on the facts you may have a case against the orthopedic surgeon who used the screws.
