Medical Negligence or Malpractice

I am running out of time and need to file my malpractice case prior my statutory time running out and to getting an attorney. I need to know where to start. Do I file it in the county court, state court or federal court.

If this is a California case, call a med mal lawyer you want to have look into the case and its viability and have him or her immediately serve a 90 Day Notice of Intent to Sue. If the case is in a different case, again, get the lawyer and the lawyer will protect the statute during his or her due diligence.
