Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Oklahoma

time for birth problems

how long do you have to sue a doctor of hospital for child that is 15 and had all normal test while pregants ....and then at birth had problems and then the child had cp/mr....no one knows what happen....what is the time limit for oklahoma for this he is 15.....
