Legal Question in Military Law in Oklahoma

I joined the National Guard October 30, 2012 and Ive got to 3 drills so far and now I want out. I don't know what will happen if I try to get out but I'm really honestly trying any possibility. I'm prepared to pay all my money back that Ive gotten from the National Guard which isn't much. I'm seriously scared now of what Ive heard and seen and I cant take it anymore. I want out so bad Ive even considered suicide or any way of death before I ship off to basic or just living with a Dishonorable Charge. I honestly wouldn't want to live with a Dishonorable discharge that is why Ive considered suicide. I want out really bad and I want to get out now. Is there anyway I can get out without many problems or will I have or will I have to go through hell just to get out?

You have several options. Call the GI Rights Hotline today (girightshotline.org) for assistance or call me.

The good news is that a dishonorable discharge is not really on the table here. Mostly likely you would get an uncharacterized entry level separation at this point if you are determined to get out.

If you are still suicidal today, please seek medical help. There is always hope!
