Dose the new act apply to those who are on active duty then given orders for Iqaq for the 6% beening on active duty when cards were accuired

Yes, it applies to the unpaid balance. Go to your Base Legal office or Legal Assistance Office or Staff Judge Advocates Office for assistance. They should have a form for you to fill out and mail to your credit card companies. Good luck to you.
