Legal Question in Military Law in Oklahoma
Son awol?
I have a quetion if my son has been in the community health unit at his base but has not been seen by a phyciatrist yet he has an appt on the 20th and has been in the military for less than 120 days and came home for a funeral and has severe mental issues which he has documentation of suffering since he was a child and was treated by a phychiatrist as a child and now has not returned to the military unit because he has been in and out of the hospital and doctors office and under heavy sedation but is considered awol even though they have been notified of the situation by two Mds what does or what can he do?
