I'm assuming you are referring to federal student loans. If so, the answer is yes. Military discharges have no effect on student loan eligibility.
I say that, one exception is that drug convictions in some cases can affect your eligibility for a limited amount of time.
I would suggest that you check with a college financial aid office to get more details.
