Legal Question in Personal Injury in Oklahoma

auto collision settlement

I was in a auto accident 9/29/06 on my way to work. I was taken to the hospital in which I suffered hand, knee, and ankle/food injury, I hit my head and had an indention in my forehead. They did an xray of my foot and released my with no crutches. I suffered and lost my job, I didn't have insurance so I didn't go to a doctor, I went to chiropractor. I got released and the insurance co. offered me $6,400. I'm still having problems and I can't get lost wages because I didn't get the necessary time off and release papers. I'm I entitled to more? I still have headaches and problems with walking and hand pain.

Re: auto collision settlement

You may have a claim for more money. If your injuries were serious enough, you could claim lost wages regardless of a release. You should contact an attorney. If you want, you can email me directly to discuss this matter at my email listed in the footer.
