Automobile accident and lost wages

I was involved in an automobile accident, and was not at fault. I have been unable to work for 3 weeks because of injuries sustained. Today my employer called and released from my job, because I have been unable to work. What are my rights now concerning my lost wages?

Lost wages should be considered part of your damages and you should try to recover them from the other person's insurance.
