Automobile Accidents
My aunt was in an accidents and the other driver was 16 and driving his father's car. Who and What can she sue for to pay her med bills and pain.

Your aunt has a cause of action against the 16 year old driver, and whoever was insuring the car. Usually, it is the parent. I am going to assume that the son wasn't a specifically excluded driver. If he was driving the car with the permission of the father, then your aunt has a negligent entrustment claim as well.
