Legal Question in Personal Injury in Oklahoma

Help, I fell and don't know what to do now

I was at a local store and fell on some liquid in the aisle. My back has been hurting and my knee. I did get some names of witnesses and I reported it. I also had a camera with me so I took some pictures of the aisle. What would my next step be? I need to get to the doctor but don't have the money or insurance. I am a single mother and can't afford to be hurt. Thanks.

The unfortunate news is that, in Texas, it is not enough that you fell due to a liquid on the floor of a store. In Texas, you must also prove either (1) that an employee of the store put the liquid there, OR (2) an employee of the store knew the liquid was there PRIOR to your fall and failed to warn you. You are obviously going to need an attorney to help you with this case. Please call me immediately.
